In 2008 the local government of Amsterdam introduced the Amsterdam City Games, a competition between the boroughs in the field of cooking, soccer, dancing, storytelling to create more social cohesion after the murder of the Amsterdam based moviemaker Theo van Gogh. At Rich Amsterdam we did the whole PR campaign for this event.
